Coaching

Executive Coaching

I work with senior leaders to help them find and leverage their strengths while discovering blind spots and addressing critical areas for improvement. Together we build a development plan to help become a more effective and balanced leader. These engagements typically last at least 6 months, can be contracted through an organization or individually and often include 360-degree feedback.

Cohort Coaching

I work with groups of selected leaders who are often taking on more scope and expanded responsibilities or high potentials who’ve been identified as being near-ready for promotion or new assignments. These cohorts typically meet regularly for a period of 6 to 12 months to build community and learn and grow their leadership capabilities together.

Team Coaching

I work directly with senior leadership teams to help strengthen team dynamics and work through interpersonal issues that are getting in the way of high team performance. While many times this team effectiveness work is conducted in offsite settings, we work together to ensure sustainability practices so that the good work that happens at the offsite doesn’t stay at the offsite.

Personal Coaching

I take on personal coaching clients who either prefer to engage outside of their organization or are sometimes between roles. These coaching engagements are highly customized and in many cases center around major life and/or career transitions, in which together we determine goals and work toward meaningful life changes.
